Shelly started her career with Florida-based Select Crane Sales in 2020 as director of marketing. She has more than 9 years of experience in the crane Industry, and at Select is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy as well as brand recognition worldwide. She also plays a support role in the sale of new and used cranes, in bare rental activities, as well as product line research and implementation of new product rollouts for the crane dealership.  

Shelly serves on the Specialized Carrier & Rigging Foundation board of directors and was chair of the SC&RF Communications Committee 2022-2024. She continues to be an active SC&RF committee member and an SC&RF Workforce Ambassador. 

A graduate from Columbia College of Missouri with a degree in Marketing, Shelly is also a Certified Construction Marketing Professional through the Construction Marketing Association.
