Terms & Conditions
Registration and Cancellation Policy
The present terms and conditions apply to Tower Cranes North America, taking place on 10-11 June, 2026 at Music City Center in Nashville.
Please note, some card issuers will make a charge for international payments.
Participants can buy places at Tower Cranes North America 2026 via this website. Payment is made by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) as part of the registration process. No registration is effective until payment has been received and processed successfully. Fees paid by participants cover, as appropriate, admission to the Tower Cranes North America 2026, all the conference sessions, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference and the evening Networking event. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
An email confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each registrant upon receipt of payment together with an invoice. Delegates are asked to bring a copy of the confirmation.
Organisations/companies who have purchased places can change names of participants until 10 May 2026, free of charge.
Participants can cancel their registrations until 10 May 2026. Until that date, payments received by KHL will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by the participants), minus a fee of $50 to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the event. In case of cancellation after 10 May 2026 or in case of no-show, no refunds will be made.
If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by the participants. The organiser is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation. In the event that the Tower Cranes North America 2026 would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organiser, no refund shall be made. Participants to the Tower Cranes North America 2026 waive all claims for damages in this case.
By attending the event you are giving KHL and its partners permission to use photographs and/or footage of you at the event, for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and editorial use. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have gained their consent for this aspect of the Terms & Conditions.
