Kelly Hadland

Bio: Kelly Hadland has almost three decades of experience in tower, mobile, and crawler cranes holding multiple roles throughout the industry. Kelly began his crane career in 1996 at Jake’s Crane in Las Vegas, and then moved his family to Wisconsin to work for Manitowoc. He later worked for Dielco Crane and Marco Crane prior to starting Compass Equipment in 2008, which focuses on tower cranes and hoists in the southwest. After 14 years of growing the business, Kelly sold the Compass to Uperio, and continues to lead the same territory.
Kelly has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Business both from University of Nevada Las Vegas. He is currently a member of the SCRA tower crane committee.
